Designed by award-winning architect Thomas Payne, specializing in performance spaces across North America. Thomas and his team bring decades of experience and expertise with former clients including the Young Centre in Toronto, Stratford Festival and Yale School of Music.

Part of a Community Neighbourhood

Designers committed to innovative, mixed-use development. We are a team of local companies improving the fabric of our neighbourhood. We strive to provide sustainable, mixed-use buildings that enhance our neighbourhood. The site was purchased from the City of Saskatoon in the fall of 2024. With 10 units, the new theatre centre will be part of this exciting development.
